Here’s How I Actually Talk

Hey - I'm Mike.

Life doesn't hafta be so hard, and work doesn't hafta be such a grind.

There. I said it. Work doesn’t have to be a grind.

You can live and lead in a different way.

If you’re anything like me, you love your work.  You enjoy it.  You’re good at it. But you also want that hard work to translate into a comfortable income,  hard-earned recognition, well-deserved vacation days, and new opportunities for you - and your loved ones.

How is that really working for you?

Are you really getting the lift you deserve from all your effort and determination?

Are you reaping the rewards you expected?

Or, are you like so many people I know?

Working harder than ever before. Getting good (and maybe even great) results. Yet somehow, you’re still grinding away like crazy. Feeling stretched, stressed, and dare I say, sometimes feeling stuck more than you’d like to admit.

Listen. I get it. I know how you feel because your experience was mine. But it’s not anymore (at least most of the time).

I ‘ve fallen into the “work harder, earn another promotion, and make more money” trap too. They’re seductive. And none of them are inherently bad. But without the right strategy, they will absolutely suck the satisfaction right out of your life.

To be really clear, I value hard work, I respect the role promotions play in organizational life, and I appreciate the opportunity generous incomes provide. But, I’m thoroughly convinced, through my personal experience and research with some of the brightest people on the planet, that there’s a better way to get what you really want... and what will really bring you lasting satisfaction.

Now I’ve committed my professional life to cracking the code on this phenomenon:

how to achieve important goals without unnecessary effort and stress so you enjoy the journey regardless of the outcome.

I promise that I won’t ask you to light incense, hold hands, or do trust falls. But I will teach you the

specific mindset,  skillset, and exact strategies to turn this vision into your lived experience. It takes a particular flavor of care, curiosity, and courage. But, it’s absolutely possible and it will be easier than you think and surprisingly rewarding.

If you’re ready to get better everyday, grow beyond your expectations, and contribute fully in all you do, this is the place for you.
